Patrick Christian Founder and CEO

Culloma Technologies Founder & CEO, Patrick Christian, has 30 years of experience in hardware and software design for the data communications and telecoms industries. In 1998 Patrick co-founded VegaStream Limited, a provider of voice-over-IP gateways that was sold in 2000 to Pace Micro Technologies. In 2004 he founded Packet Vision Limited, a company specializing in IPTV addressable advertising systems. Patrick has an MA and First Class Honours degree in Electrical Sciences from Cambridge University.

Ravinder Sihera Head of Operations

Ravinder has over 20 years of experience in managing overall operations for a variety of world-class High Growth/Established companies, SMEs, and Start-Ups with a particular emphasis on product and solution development, optimizing efficiency & reducing cost without compromising quality in Technology and Media sectors. Prior to joining Culloma she was operations manager at Packet Vision. Ravinder has a BA in English from Delhi University and a Diploma in Business Studies from Langley College.

Ian Raven CTO

Ian has more than 25 years of experience designing data and voice communications products video and multimedia distribution systems, ranging from data backup systems to VOIP and IPTV. Ian’s experience in both hardware and software gives him a very broad perspective on the design of both functional and reliable products and systems. Prior to joining Culloma, Ian was hardware development manager for Packet Vision. Ian has a BSc Honours degree in Electronic Engineering and is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
