Privacy notice

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The short version: unless you write to us, or send us the contact form, we do not hold anything about you.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Culloma Technologies Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 07321658, of Suite 25G iC1, Liverpool Science Park, 131 Mount Pleasant, Liverpool, L3 5TF. Any question about this notice, or about data we hold, goes to marketing@culloma.com.

2. What this website collects

Nothing beyond the standard record of a web request. This site is static HTML. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and embeds no third-party advertising or social widgets. There is no consent banner because nothing is set that you would need to consent to.

There is one form, on the contact page. It asks for your name, your work email, the operator or company you are with, and what you would like to talk about. Sending it emails those four things to us. The form posts to our own server and the message is sent on by email — it is not passed to any third-party form service, marketing platform or CRM, and nothing is stored in a database. We keep the resulting email for as long as the conversation is useful, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Our web server keeps ordinary access logs, as almost every web server does: the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, the browser's user-agent string and the referring page. We use them only to keep the site running and secure - spotting attacks, abuse and errors. They are held briefly, then deleted, and they are not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

3. If you email us

The only personal data we actively process is what you choose to send us. If you write to marketing@culloma.com, or send the contact form, we hold your email address, your name and whatever else is in your message, so that we can reply and carry on the conversation. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry, or the steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

We keep that correspondence for as long as the conversation or the business relationship is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards. We do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone, and we transfer nothing to third parties beyond the email and IT providers needed to receive and store the message itself.

4. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to our processing it. Ask by emailing marketing@culloma.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.

5. Changes to this notice

If the site changes in a way that changes what we collect, this notice changes with it. Last updated August 2026.
